Downgrade to 2.3.4 from 4.0

Please can any one help me how to downgrade the xperia mini pro to 2.3.4 as i am really uphappy with the ICS update for the xperia Sk17i.

anytime, make sure that you backup

1) everything on your phone

2) your current firmware incase you want to flash back

why cant downgrade by PC companion or SUS?

I will loose the warranty downgrading with non-sony software?

Yes,some carriers do not accept other than official firmware.PCC and SUS do not support downgrading,I do not know why is that.
