downgrade from lollipop back to jelly bean

Hi,

I have lost a lot of fuctionality for email since upgrade to lollipop.

Does someone have the firmware file for downgrading back to jelly bean, or are sony going to bring back multiple email selection?

So we can accurately troubleshoot this for you, could you please elaborate a little further on the issue being experienced?

when replying in an email, I used to be able to select multiple people by tapping bcc and then ticking each person to reply to.

Most emails have at least 10 or more recipients and to type each one in is A) very time consuming and B) I am missing some because I am not able to see them or use the group funtion in my address book.

This is a deal breaker for lollipop an older copy of jelly bean or kit kat would make life much easier OR you guys bring back the address book rather than typing in each email address one at a time.

I believe this is something that has been forwarded as feedback internally but i'll do it again.

I'm afraid you can't downgrade the software in your phone using our tools but a possible solution for getting this functionality back is using another email client. I believe K9 Mail will display a list of your contacts when you add a bcc but i'm not sure you can mark several at once.
