Distortion in earpiece, cant listen to calls clearly !!!

I'm facing the problem that the phone.s ear piece is giving some distortion while calls....

if i hold the phone tightly , there is no distortion ..if i hold it normally there is distortion sound....

what is the cause for this plz reply me ,dev's ans support team...

Are you using the headset that came with your phone or another?

What happens if you try with another headset, same problem?

Distortion from the phone's ear piece not the headphones...

Ok,  unfortunately it sounds like something has happened to the hardware in your phone.

I recommend you to contact your local support for further information on how to send the phone to a repair center:

Actually. 2 days before i gave it to local support, they've told that we will send your phone for, replacement if we could repair we will give your phone back......or else we replace your phone....

is that true?
