Display when too bright

When i unlock the phone with fingerprint the display suddenly when too bright and the colour fade away for a second and it turn back normal after few second.
Is it the lcd problem ? Or maybe it was bug issues ?

Yes it happened every time i use fingerprint to unlock it the colour of the apps turn so fade for a second and turn back normal
