Display/touch problems

My xperia v dont work very well. When I write a message the lethers m, o and i don't work. They only work sometimes. Is like the right side of my display don't work very well or only work sometimes. Have you any possible solution??

This could be related to hardware or software in this case. I suggest that you first try a software repair to see if this helps.

See the instructions below to perform this task, make sure to backup your data.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

Sorry but it doesn't fix the problem. I visited the support center in my country and they told me that I need replace the display. But thanks for your help
