Display problem

Hi. I'm having a major problem with my Z2, the screen has gon haywire. Its flickering ghost images of the displaged screen, icons have a kind of "motion" blur to the right side, and photos have a flicking green glow to them. It seems the higher deffinition the image, the worst the problem is. When playing games, this gets much worst if I touch the screen to scroll, to the point that the whole screen fills with ghost images. But, if I open a text buble, the frozen screen image behind it displays fine.
My phone is just over 12 months old so out of warentee, there is no screen protector and I've done both a factory restor and tried a fix (this came up with My phone has the latest software.... So I re-installed the software to no avail).
Is it worth me installing a new screen, or is this a software glitch.

Thanks
Darren

Well, if you tried a software repair and it didn't help, I would say it's hardware related. You should contact your Local support in order to get in touch with a service center.

As I mentioned, I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Tried that, all I get is "Your Phone/Tablet is upto date". no other options.

The repair option is found under Support zone > Update phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet software (small blue text).
