Display problem with my Experia arc s

I bought Sonyericsson experia arc s (white) about a week ago and have faced several problems already. Firstly, Proximity sensor was not working, leaving Screen black after call, I showed it to the tech according to the guarantee and he changed the sensor but the new one was even worse!  however, second time, new sensor works, but Have new problem. Sometimes Live wallpaper, or mostly sony erycsson wallpapers, that consist of 4 pages on main diplay have some error.  Simply, wallpapers are showed as mixed, sometimes screen is blinking while changing pages..   What can it be?  Hardware Issue?  i am fed up with visiting tech and hope to change the model or receive refund for the defective mobile.

did you software repaired your phone ??

if not then do it and see how it goes

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to). Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Yes, I have tried and after that repair it still. sometimes does this, generally blinking, while changing pages

Seems to be a hardware issue buddy
You might need to visit SE center again.. better if they replace your phone

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in dialer > tap on service tests> proximity sensor> it must be off..

touch your proximity sensor and it must be on
Do it several times to see if the results are positive

Please help! I was trying to downgrade my experia arc s from ICS back to gingerbread. My phone was connected already during the first few seconds of flashing and my kid brother accidentally hit it and the usb came off and interrupted the flashing the phone just blinks with the “sony ericsson” logo on and off. I dont know what to do when i try to continue with the flashing it wont work. Please help me…the phone is only less than 2 weeks old. :0(

start the whole flashing process all over and that will fix it or repair wit SUS
