I have recently bought my Sony Xperia M2 Dual.With in 15 days in my Display I have seen like Water mark in Center of the Screen ..I given it to service Center and it get Fixed ,they said that They Changed Display ....Again with in 2-3 days delivery from service center the problem get repeated ...But it was at another place of the screen....
Why my Display is getting problem ? Can any one Help me?
Is there any possibility of Relacing my phone?
You would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and explain this to them - But in some countries you have the right to return for exchange if it has a fault within 30 days

mine too.. just 15 days after i bought it, watermark appeared on the center of the screen, dealer adviced to be taken to the service center.. only offers 1 week replacement.. ppffft.. .. seems this is common.. so much for a brand new phone sigh..

This Harish one of the Customer who is facing the same problem from many months. "Finaly my problem is solved". After a 10 days of my purchase i have seen water Mark on my display.i have shown it to Store manager where i purchased my M2, he said like dey wont replace Mobile and suggested me to contact Service center. I have seen some funny faces there where they dont know what the problem exactly. They are telling me like "water entered in to phone" or "Some kind of OIL went in to Screen from earphone whole" but its not true.They changed my Display nearly 3-4 times in 1-2months but still problem not solved.I went to another service center there i clearly explained my problem,finally they changed my Mother Board.I tought that problem was solved but i faced another problem i.e; Network is not detecting for that they have taken nearly 1 week to solve it. So after solving those problems i have used it upto 4-5 months without any problem. After long time i observed when im moving from one place to another place again the water mark problem araised.As my observation it was due to Climate change. I said the same in service center they dont even listen my words.and finally they changed Display again. So finally it was Solved.
Im ok with this because it was in warrenty (free of Cost), im just thinking after my warrenty period.if the problem is repeated again the display rate was so high and its better to change mobile and Brand. Seriously it was shown **bleep** for me..
