difficulty when playing videos

hello, I have problems when playing videos because when I want to see a video only black screen appears only sound and pause button appears below, sometimes tells me it can not play video. so I have to go out and replay the video to display properly.

Does this happens on all the videos? From different apps or in only one app?

You could try to clear data for movies under settings > apps> all> movies > clear data. Restart your device and try again.

this happens with the default player that comes and goes with some videos not all.

You won't be able to play a large number of media files with the inbuilt app.
