Cannot See My Xperia App

I wanted to use the find my Xperia feature.  To activate you are supposed to go Setting > Xperia > My Xperia however, I don't see My Xperia.  I checked and I do have the latest software and app updates.  Any help would be appreciated.

What mobile do you have.. I have it on my Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Tablet

I have seen throughout this forum that myxperia is not available in all countries.

On the Xperia Z1 its 

Settings > Security > my Xperia
