device temperature is increasing messages appears while shooting video in ZR

Hello Guys,

From couple days i am seeing popup of waring when i am shooting using my xperia zr.

Warning says:- "device temperature is increasing."

Does anyone knows why it's shows me suche messages? even i am shooting just around 1 min video even i am not using much time as well.

Does anything wrong with device?

Please suggest any troubleshooting setps to resolve this.

This may happen if you're shooting a video in a hot weather, or the phone is doing another heavy processes in the background. If you think that this is not the situation, try clearing cache of you Camera app and see if it fixes it:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera -> Clear data and restart your phone.

I am not in hot temprature the temprature is around 31c.I am from india.

And There is no any major processes is going on even mobile data and wifi is off.

I also tried clear data once before some days i just did it ocassionaly. after that also this message appears.

because in LP .454 firmware my ZL shuts down itself.Let us know.

Could you please install an app like cpu-z from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cpuid.cpu_z&hl=es_419 and post hardware parameters and temperatures to be able to see how your device´s components are behaving ?
