Device driver problem ?

I used to be able to plug my phone in my PC before, but now it shows the "device cannot start (code 10)" error when I connect in MSC mode.

I've tried uninstalling the driver, unmount SD cards, but none works

Can anybody help me with this ?

Do you know if this happens independent of what copmuter you connect it to?

Do you have the possibility to try inserting another SD card in the phone?

Hi,

I am getting this error stating "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". I am using Windows 7 as my OS. This problem has started occuring from a few days, where in my phone sony xperia neo L is not getting detected by the Laptop. Hence i am unable to transfer any files to and fro.

This same problem occurred before few days, where i installed a device driver from google and this helped in detecting my phone and the problem was resolved. But now, installing a new device driver also didnt help resolving the problem.

Please let me know what can be done on this issue.
