there is no info on this, are you asking because the HTC One and the S4 do? Sony has the AOSP going on

My phone has a locked bootloader so I cant' use any other rom, offical rom with default UI would be very aprrecisated, becaus, I must say the sony UI is not that good looking...

It's not only the laucnger that I dislike, the phonebook, messaging...

well you have an smartphone and you have the  playstore, you can download as many apps as you want/need to customize your phone, I don't see the problem here.
