Dear Sony,
My first Sony smartphone was the Xperia Ray. It's a very nice phone for the price but I was excited when the Xperia U came out and I thought it was going to be better than the Xperia Ray but and although I love the design and a LOT of things about it you guys are just dumb and make a great phone really annoying and in fact, instead of moving forward you move backwards! The camera and sound were all BETTER on the 2011 Xperia Ray than on the 2012 Xperia U. Seriously, who makes this decision? He/She should be FIRED!. So, I have decided that if in one week you don't give me answers to my problems I will return the 2 Xperia U's I bought for my wife and me and I will buy the galaxy Nexus instead. Sure, it's 100 dollars more but I'm tired of this.
1. Will Ice Cream Sandwich fix the awful video quality?
2. Will Ice Cream Sandwich fix the loudspeaker volume on Google Hangouts?
3. Will Ice Cream Sandwich fix the annoying light bar that won't turn off while watching netflix?
4. Will Ice Cream Sandwich add a feature so that we can decide to use the light bar for all notifications instead of that stupid little led that is barely visible?
If you don't answer in the next week I'm returning my phone and getting a Galaxy Nexus.

What is exactly that you do then if you don't know better than any other user in this forum. All you can say is "hopefully it can be improved in the next software update"? Really? I don't need support to know that. I can think all that by myself and I don't work at Sony. So much for "technical support" you don't know anything but maybe how to reboot a phone. This is a joke guys, seriously you have to step up your game if you want to be a profitable company again. Get me a job there soon.
Davitpr , The ICS is not going to solve problems you mentioned. You may refer my post "Why should we crave ICS ?"
Another thing is that sony support can only communicate to the developers the problem faced by users so we shouldnt comment on them:smileycool:
