Data transfer from internal memory to external memory firmware update?

anybody please help me , how to transfer data from internal memory to external memory in XPERIA M,while i bought sony salesman told that within two three months SONY will provide official firmware udpate which solves the above mentioned issue. But already passed YEARS.

You can use the file commander, what are you trying to transfer?

in xperia M internal memory is very low, so that i cant install much apps, what is the solution to install an application in external memory

yep i got that update even though stil facing the same limited apps only can be installed

always ned to remove an app and instal an app

There's something you could do, you will have to root the phone > partition the SD card > install an apps to sd card app and then you will have more space, but there won't be any further updats from Sony on this device.
