Data traffic turned on, during a call the opposite side can't hear me at all

Hi there,

When data traffic is turned on for 2nd sim, and i'm receiving or doing a call on that same sim, the opposite side can't hear me at all...

I must end a call, turn off the traffic on sim, and then make a call again, or wait for a call...

Please, is there some solution for that?

E Dual C1604...

Android version 4.1.1.

Yes, i did send fb message and mail them ...

Now i'm waiting...

And thinking... could there be a problem because of provider? or quality of sim (if that exist ...)?

Of course,did you try other SIM?

Don't have data package on 1st sim, but i switched 2nd sim to WCDMA, i'll try it during these days.

Unfortunately, when i switched 2nd sim to WCDMA, and turn on Data traffic, there was no traffic - like blocked or something...

It seems that the 2nd SIM is limited to GSM only.That is the only way.

and i have now another big problem, i restarted settings about Network mode to GSM only, and now Data traffic doesn't work at all on 2nd sim....

I tried Factory data reset, nothing helps...

What should i do now?

If you enable data on first SIM,it should not work on 2nd SIM.Did you enable on 2nd only?

Yes, of course, only on 2nd sim where the package is activated...

Ok, i i fixed it! ... at least something...

when i switched to WCDMA Network mode, internet settings, APN and all that stuff for provider was erased, so i filled it manually...

But i still have that first problem

I find something in cell and i don't know what is it for:

Call settings: Hearing aids, Noise suppresion, DTMF Tones.

Internet call settings: Accounts (Receive incoming calls), Use Internet calling...

Will some of this options be applicable for my problem?
