Hello,
I just bought a Neo V (ICS 4.0.3 - I bought through the store, it is free. It is not customized for any operator) and I have two questions:
1 - My mobile phone company Ono (from Spain). The data connection tells me that is in Roaming and does not work, I have to activate Roaming settings to work.
I have a Nexus S (ICS 4.0.4) and I do not have this problem. And earlier we had a Motorola Defy withCyanogen ROM (android 2.3.7) and did not have that problem.
What I can do to not detect my mobile operator and Roaming?.
2 - The wifi sometimes does not connect to my router. If restart restart the phone no problem, connects and works, but after a while the wifi stops working. I read that ICS and Neo V are having problems with wifi. Is it fixed in future updates?.

For the operator/network issue you should probably contact the regional Sony Mobile support. If it's a known issue or something they have a solution for they would know. I don't hold any market specific information so I cannot tell what's causing this.
