ARC S 4.0.3 sync problem

Yesterday, I've updated mu arc s to android 4.0.3. Since,

(a) I can't sync to exchange mail and calender is missing.

(b) My screen print function is gone as well.

(c) New settings are non-user friendly.

How to solve this?

b) press and hold power button and volume down button at the same time and hold them there until you take a screenshot
