Custom Ringtones ring only one time ( Please Report to Xperia Z2 Developers )

I buy Z2 last weak, before it i was using Z1.

Both devices have one error in their Firmware and that is about ringtone.

no matter whatever the custom ringtone you set for ringtone notification its ring only one time and then only vibrate.

For example i set a tone which is 12 second tone so when ever some one call me after 12 second the ringtone did not repeat.

Maybe you have to pass more info i.e. is this happening only with one custom ringtone; is this mp3 ringtone or sth else? have you put a ringtone to internal memory; etc.

Tell us what ringtone is it,maybe someone with Z2 can try too.

i have 30 Ringtones in Mp3 format into my SD card

All of them rings one time only

i have simple mp3 music files download from different websites

you can try any Mp3 file

all mp3 will be ring only one time

It might be a limitation in seconds for a ringtone.How long are those songs?

i try different rings that have different time like 6 sec , 12 sec, 18 sec

All the ringtones rings only one time after that they stop ringing as in video 

18 sec ringtone rings upto 18 sec same like 12 sec ringtone rings only 12 sec
