Good evening! I was using my cell phone, and suddenly there was a message, which says that Android stopped. Weird fact: a Christmas tree appears lightning and fading. What should I do?

That sounds strange. Have you tried to restart the phone or force a shutdown by holding the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds? You could also try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:
