Good evening for all! My phone has trouble at playing music and video. The videos lock and the songs are stopped automatically, although I have never pressed the pause button. I've updated the cell phone and also formatted it. Nothing worked. What do I do?

I'm assuming the video and or music files are stored on a SD card

What kind of files are you playing? (mp3, flac,  aac, avi, mpg, etc.)

Are you using the stock players, or 3rd party players?

Good evening, Ji_Yong! Does the file type influences the fault that I described? I thought the PC Companion could solve this problem. So this means that some phones from Sony do not provide support for some file types?
