Could not open connection to server - Exchange active sync

I would be using the email for past 9 months and suddenly stopped receiving mails... So I have deleted and tried to add account freshly, unfortunately the server occurred...
Below are the workaround followed to resolve but no positive results,

1. Verified for proxy
2. It's not working in both wifi and mobile network
3. When I configure in my friend mobile, it got connected to the server successfully.

Please look in this and let know the solution to resolve ... Thanks in advance..

Note: I'm using Z1 model

Are you using KK or LP firmware

Hi, I had similar problem.
Go to App management, select Exchange, force stop, clear data and cashe. Restart the phone and redefine your e-mail account. It should work.
