Contacts missing - xperia m4 aqua

Suddenly some of my contacts went missing. I'm using xperia m4 aqua

Contacts - tap on 3 dots - filter.

Hi @Goodhusband,

To elaborate on what alexdon said, when you go to Filter in the Contacts app you will be able to show or hide contacts from different sources and if any of these are disabled the contacts from that source will be hidden. Make sure that all of these are enabled and see if your missing contacts reappears then.
