Contact names not showing up in missed call log

Hi my issue is that if someone in my contacts list calls and I miss the call and they don't leave a message their names do not show up in the missed call log only their phone numbers do. 

Does anyone know who to fix this ? I've tried looking but can't seem to find anything.

Open the phonebook > menu > filter
