i was using Sony Xpeia E-Dual Phone & in last week its fall down from my hand & the display get broken & diplay gets white. now i can recive the call but i not able to see the text or caller name on the screen. i download the PC companion software from net & try to take the contact backup but there is no option of backup & Restore. now pl help me to take the contact backup from this phone.
