Constant message will be sent when service becomes available

I think getting this phone is the worst mistake I've ever made, since day one i've got to turn my phone off at least 5 times a day for it to send any messages, and once it shows the message will be sent when service becomes available the full phone stops working.

I've tried factory setting it, reinstalling the update and nothing.

Does anyone know what todo?
