Connectionorder when connecting to bluetooth headset

Hi

I'm having trouble connecting Bluetooth headsets and Ford Connect Audio (not Spotify, just calling in the car).

If I am unlucky enough to turn on the device first, will not Spotify play on headset (it will resume play on the telephone-speakers) or FCA connect to the phone. On the phone both calling and audio enabled in bluetooth settings. I have to, in both cases, turn off Bluetooth on the phone and on the equipment, wait a few seconds, turn on Bluetooth on the phone again and then turn on the equipment.

Is there anything that can be done?

Cheers

Terje

Can your car stereo support this? Not just bluetooth calls but media?

No. My car stereo do only support calling. I wish that it did support that however;)

That works fine if the bluetooth is active on the phone before it is activated in the car, but not visa versa (and same with headset).

@Vivat

That's not a phone issue.

So what you're saying is that even though I find that the phone will not connect the right way to the two independent devices it is not a phone problem?

The problem is that the phone can not handle to be connected to a device that already has bluetooth on when the phone's bluetooth is activated. If I do, I have to turn everything off, and than turn the phone's bluetooth on first, before the other devices is turned on. After that is done, everything works great. If not, the phone do not manage to connect the right way to the devices.
