Confused about updates

hi all, i recently bought an xperia u, one day before no jelly bean announcement to be precise, but thats a different story. i keep seeing all these updates i have build 6.1.1.b.1.10 and im about 5 updates behind according to this site but fully up to date on phone and computer when i check for updates? im from uk. does sony every release these updates officially? i really am not techi so no nothing about rooting/ flash etc. thanks in advance.

as you can see you have the latest update, the .75 was just approved by PTCRB so it will take few weeks for it to start rolling out
