Computer Connectivity Problem

Xperia SP Driver Problem.jpg
I connected my Xperia SP to computer with a completely good-functioned USB Cable but it cannot install any driver.  Can anyone give me the drivers?  I wondered why SONY doesn't put any driver of this phone into their official website!

Install PCC > restart your computer > disable firewall and antivirus > try again.

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Some drivers won't install as they are so your Pc can use your phone a dial up modem and it is often blocked from installing or is now a useless bit of software and is no longer supported

@Thommo  My computer is using an OEM version of Windows 7 so it's not that old.

If SONY upload all drivers then the problem is solved.

It's not for Sony to upload drivers - Microsoft should have them on their update centre downloads and if the drivers and or software is now outdated or not supported then it won't download - You could open device manager and open the missing drivers and look for the hardware ID and then Google it for more info

@Thommo

Are you suggesting that  I should ask Microsoft to do that?

What I'm saying is why blame Sony for drivers when it's your bluetooth device that should be providing the drivers which are generic - I have the same missing drivers and know they are not needed unless I intend to use my phone as a dial up modem to access the internet
