Complete action Using

Hello,

Often times when i tap the home screen (which in itself does need some dexterity as all xperia-s users certainly know), instead of having it (the home screen) i am getting "complete action with" and am being given few choices (chrome, screen off, dolphin...) 

I did try to clear the 'default actions (setting > apps > all > default) but it is grayed because "No default set"! 

Could somebody help by explaining how to avoid this nuisance?

Settings-apps-all,tap on settings and reset app preferences.

This did not do and i am still getting this "complete with ..."

I understood that this is consecutive to a "long tap on home" 

Why is it so annoying? On the xperia s it is not easy to find the home: few microns in diameter.

Furtheremore, the double tap on home gives the recent apps list and long tap gives the "complete with" and that gives me very bad feelings about the design of this phone: Home is supposed to take you out of any mess one may be in But on this phome it puts you in it

Are you aware of a spell which would petamorphose  the "long tap on home" into a DO NOTHING?
