com.sonyericsson.android.wakeup eats my battery

What is this "app" or anything, which keeps waking up my phone (ironic name...)?? In a 2 hour period it woke up my phone 736 times which result in -11% battery. I didnt even turn on my display...

How to solve this problem?

Inside the battery options, it says Its the "media" which keeps my phone awake. When I turn on mobile network, com.wakeup starts to eat my battery.

google .nomedia file or the best way is , transfer all your audio files to pc.

Check for corrupted mp3s. [http://download.cnet.com/MP3-Checker/3000-2141_4-10543407.html]

and delete them . from phone.

Try to switch network type from wcdma to gsm (3g->2g), this helps me. Or try this solution COMPLETELY DISABLE FAST DORMANCY ON XPERIAs, but you need to be rooted.

I found out this is related to fast dormancy, a feature of 3g (wcdma) networks, intended to save your battery. Unfortunately when the network don't have fast dormancy, or have a bad implemented one, causes this "app" to wake the phone and eats the battery. The solution I found was to select gsm only in network configuration, and add 4g button in the menu in personalisation config. so when I want to use (fast) internet I activate 4g over the menu.
