Closing Apps

hey guys im kinda new to xperia sola and its my very 1st androif device

question is will pressing "back" key few times will close the app i was using?

and is there a way to get rid off recently used stuff? (pressing the home key for few secs)

Some apps exit when you press back button, but some apps stay in backround to do some tasks. If you don't want them to use ram after you exit them, use some free task killer apps https://play.google.com/store/search?q=task+killer&c=apps

Cmon Asakura there is another simple way for it.. go to setting - application - running services, now close the unwanted applications..

P.S. there are few application which will not be closed, so dnt get amused by it too

With task managers, its waaay more faster to close programs to free ram. I have advanced task killer and it have widget which kills selected apps and to it with one click. In services you have to manually kill each task.
