With the last 4.3 upgrade the "Clock and timer" app is changed. I noted that when I open this app not always it appears the menu's three points icon to start the "table clock" mode, I have to go back and then to restart the app so they will appear.
Do you have any taskillers or task managers or even an antivirus app?
