CHARGING PROBLEM

MY PHONE IS NOT GETTING CHARGED. AFTER CONNECTING CHARGER CHARGING INDICATION IS COMING AND RED LED INDICATION ALSO COMING, BUT BATTER NOT GETTING CHARGED. AFTER TWO DAYS BATTERY TOTALLY GOT DISCHARGED . PLEASE SUGGEST. WHEATHER BATTERY PROBLEM, CHARGER PROBLEM OR PHONE PROBLEM

First of all I suggest that you try to charge your phone using another charger. 

If you experience the same problem with another charger you should have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support team for more information:
