Charging Problem

Hello. I have been using Xperia Z1 for 4 months. I think it takes more time to charge the phone compare to past. I wait almost 3 hours to load the battery from %10 to full. Is it normal? I use original USB cable and charger, and the system is updated. Hope that i can compare to another person.

Do you have any task killers,battery savers? Do you use the phone while charging?

are you charging through a car charger? computer? are you playing games while charging?

I don't even know what task killers or battery savers are. I don't use the phone while charging. I'm charging through home socket.

Does it take as long to charge when turned off - I'm thinking you may have more apps running in the background from when you 1st got the phone making charging time longer

Do you keep wifi on perhaps constantly syncing uploading/downloading data?

I've never tried to charge the phone when it's turned off. Next time i will try. Even if there are some apps running in the background(i can't see any apps), it doesn't make sense to wait for 3 hours.

Yes, wifi is also turned off.

Boot on safe mode and check how long it takes to charge.if it doesn't take as long then its an app creating this problem
