Charging Problem

When Ever I Conect my neo v to its charger the touch scren does not work but when i charge  it with  laptop it works and it also works  with a samsung charger android 4..0 please help

please try another wall socket.

also , do you use the same wall socket for the samsung charger as well ?

Nothing works i will downgrade to 2.3.4 and then see

you didn't mention that you faced this problem after updating to ics( i'm assuming)

edit : just checked that you mentione 4.0 but it was not clear.

ok see if downgrading helps. i will suggest to check with another cable. but i don't think cable will be of any problem since you can charge normally with laptop.
