Charging Problem With the X10 Mini Pro ..

Hi,

I am from Sri Lanka and i recently owned a Mini Pro. And i found out that when the phone is getting charged while it is turned On the screen was getting touched and behaving in a funny way can you please help me to resolve this . Due to this problem  i can charge the phone only when it is completely shut down.

Hi, suggest software repair phone, it could be a software glitch.

Here's the download link for SE Update Service, http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1317636927/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe.

Install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely (SD Card not affected), remember to backup.

I later used another original charger and founf out then above issues are not encountering.  i think the best solution is to use the original carger when charging the phone. Anyway thanks alot for ur reply.
