charging problem(NEED HELP)

The battery status is 100% while in charge..but when i plug out the charger the battery still in 85%..
how to solve it?..anyone?..

Take out the battery,put it back in:

Charge it again.

My phone is xperia L..

Force restart(powe button+vol up until the phone vibrates).See if the same occurs.

It's work when I open the battery n replacing it back..now it's to the notm.. Tq
