charging port flap problems

It only took a week before the charging port flap started to fall open of it's own accord, whatever i do i cannot get it to sit and stay flush when closing it...thus rendering this waterproof phone useless!

Just clean the seal with a damp cloth, making sure all the dust is removed. Then dry it with a dry cloth, and make sure it's dryer than a rock on a summer day.

If cleaning doesnt work take it to the service center. It really **bleep** why we have to deal with these issues

Only had phone 2 weeks when already loose rubber connector over charging port came off.Apparently unfixable!! Big design fault.
