Changing sound button doesn't work

I just bought Sony Xperia L and the sound button (+ -) button doesnt work. Camera button works just fine. Also, I cant listen to the music or hear anything via speakers (except phone ringing and so on)

That's quite odd, repair your phone with SUS or PCC

I took the corpus off and pushed the buttons as far as possible as I could and it all works now.

Problem solved.
