Hi
I'm using version 6.2.A.1.100. When using Walkman and when screen is on, pressing and holding volumen up/down button gradually increases/decreases volume levels. But, when screen goes off, volume control changes its behavior. Pressing and holding volume up/down button changes volume only by 1 level/step. I need to press it again and again to change volume levels. I don't know if it's bug.
If it's intentional, then why don't you make long button (vol rocker) press to change track, like good old walkman phone series?
Also, I believe audio playback vol levels (with Walkman) are relatively low as compared to other devices (I compared it with iPod shuffle, Galaxy S3 with Sennheiser HD 202). I need to turn vol to almost max to get good audio vol levels.
Of course, Walkman is the best in terms of audio quality.
Does Walkman apply ReplayGain while playing any audio file?
If the screen is off,the volume goes up step by step because by accident it could be pressed and the volume will go crazy.
I think none of the Xperia's had this option of changing track with volume button.
For the volume level, you have some options in equaliser.
Thanks.
Ok so it's intentional. Not a big deal though.
@Sony, I wish you might have implementated track change with volume rocker and louder music experience.
