Those are the exact same settings that my W995's email set-up wizard downloaded and they work fine for my Gmail account. Since your Yahoo account is also giving you the same problem, there are appears to be an issue with the phone's internet connection as the error messages "cannot connect to server" and "server not found" (which I also get occasionally when trying to access emails) would indicate that. I can only suggest you redownload your mobile provider's internet settings and failing that, try a different mobile provider or different setting as in some cases, you can actually use another provider's internet settings, depending on whether they are running off the same network, i.e., Virgin and Orange, which both use T-Mobile.Which provider are you using?
