Cant restore contacts

Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone could help me.

I had to reture my phone in exchange for a replacment. Before i swapped it i made a back up of the phone. When i tried to restore it back later it wont let me. Any help?

I've tried partial and full. But no joys. Thanks for. Your effort though. I'll work something out.

did you sync them with google? if you did you can sync them back, on your computer go to your gmail -> click on contacts

I've found the file its only one file which I cant open to see my contacts. Or I'd have gone through that way. Appreciate it.
