I had a similar problem when first connecting my Aino to my PC...
what OS are you using? I was using Vista, and my PC froze when installing the drivers because of some Java runtime issue I was having on the side (meaning, it had nothing to do with the phone or installing the drivers)...So I had to reset the PC, which then caused problems when connecting the phone...
I opted for the easy route and simply restored Vista to a restore date before I tried to install them...and it then worked perfectly...you could manually go into the system manager and find the problematic drivers, but system restore will do exactly that automatically...just takes a little longer...
Need a little more info to know where to go, if you do the restore and are still having problems, there are other services that will install the drivers to your PC without using the phone...
