Cannot update to new firmware on sony xperia T2 Ultra Single Sim ( Cannot boot into flashmode)

i try to update my phone to new firmware using PC companion . the update stuck when it ask for reboot to flashmode which asking me to turn off the phone plugin usb cable to pc and while holding volume down key insert another end of usb cable to the phone. i tried holding down the button + volume up for few seconds until 3x vibrates ,  and do the plugin usb cable while holding volume down button , but still it cannot recognize my phone....on device manager, i saw  new device with name SOMC flash device , and it working correctly.. i dont know why my device cant start in flashmode ... i also tried downloading emma , still my device is not recognised / not detected ...   i also have tried using flashtool to flash the firmware but still no luck stuck at same screen waiting for device in flash mode... i try removed sd card and do plugin while holding volume down button still the screen says waiting for device in flashmode..

my bootloader is already unlocked , but i cant flash the stock firmware (cant boot into flashmode to flash stock firmware) . is there a way to flash firmware without going into flash mode ?

flash a doomkernel or something similar. after that try to get into recovery again

basically, you just need to do whatever you did when you first unlock your phone. after flashing the kernel, make sure you have flash mode. after that flash stock firmware first before you relock your bootloader. if not you will have the same problem again.

PS: I don't really understand why you need to relock to update in the first place. can't you just get the latest ftf from XDA since you already unlock the bootloader??

i already using doomlord cwm ( CWM-Based Recovery 6.0.4.6 + ROOT for Xperia T2 Ultra [20140318] )

but i never boot into flashmode before , below is the instruction i followed to get my device into this cwm :

1. fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key which u received earlier.

2. fastboot flash boot boot.img   (boot.img i got from doomlord xda forum pages)

i cant redo step 1 because it says u already unlocked ...

i try to redo step 2. still after reboot cant get into flashmode.

they said i have to relock to use SUS or PC Companion to get kitkat update because i cant boot into flashmode..  to flash ftf file in flashtoolkit i need to boot into flash mode.

if you relock without flashing or installing stock kernel, your phone will not even boot, let alone go into flash mode.

You need to get a stock boot.img. Doomlord's kernel is based on CWM and is not stock. If you can't boot into flashmode before you even relock, something could be wrong with that boot.img. Get a different one. And while you are at it, get a stock firmware(recovery version) so you can flash in recovery. 

I'm sure you already know this. You need a stock based rom and stock based kernel, if not it won't boot. So get these 2 frst and make sure you can boot into recovery and android before you relock again.

If all this fail, I suggest you don't relock and just wait for someone to get the new firmware in recovery zip version. Which I don't think will take that long.

i cant find the .img anywhere ,still waiting for someone to post stock boot.img and kernel.img ...

does the ftf stock firmware files contains these 2 img ? if yes ,is it possible to extract these 2 files from stock ftf ?

I have same phone. I unlocked my bootloader with  fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY for kicks, but I made no changes to OS or flashed anything new. Now I want to relock it so I can get sony's updated lollipop OS(they wont let me im guessing because it is unlocked). How do I relock it?

I tried using:

fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem lock 0xKEY

and it just hangs at the three dots and does nothing, I have to ctrl-c to get out of it.

Please help!
