I cannot updates Latest available software: 12.0.A.1.257 as my phone displays that the software is up to date. Currently my phone is running on 12.0.A.1.211

It may not be available for all countries/operators yet but try updating using PC Companion/Update service.

I had updated my phone to 12.0.A.1.257 did factory restet this morning due to some connectivity issue regarding the operator selection, the issue is solved but the build number now shows 12.0.A.1.211 and PC companion prompting me the phone is up to date. I see lot of people complaining about this, why there is so much of delay in announcing solutions to these problems like "Music player Hangs" "touch not responding while phone is lyin on horizontal surface"  I've been recommending sony phones to all my friends since years now, have been using sony mobiles since it was called "sony erricsson" This is very disappointing while you people are launching awesome beautiful phones and there is so much delays in reoslutions to the customer complains. i've trie dupdating my phone several times using PC Companion and also using SUS but one or other problem stays.

Waiting for android 4.2.2 to be released for SP now, hope that solves all these problems.

Hi did you manage to up date your phone because I have bee trying for weeks now?? I am using PC which it yell me to do had no trouble in pass but this up date driving nuts can anyone trll how to up date my phone?? tried sony PC companion but it still want up date ???
