Cannot make conference call

please help me to solve "CANNOT MAKE CONFERENCE CALL" problem..

once you call someone then you can dial a number number or tap on contacts and select the contact and call it, that will MERGE the calls

thanks for pdf file.

i did according to pdf file but when i did tap on conference call button to merge calls , it pop up message  "cannot make conference call."

so is there any setting to do..?

yes.

i tried it before also from my phone xperia neo v.

go to settings -> sony ericsson -> internet settings and then try again
