Cannot find the NOTES widget anymore?

All my other Xperia phones (other models with other android versions) run the Floating Notes Widget quite fine but I cannot seem to find where the same went in my Xperia Z1?

Any help on what or where I went wrong as the Notes application still has a lot of notes in it but does not show on the homescreen? Its a rooted phone since the day after I bought it.. But the notes widget worked fine previously.. . Here is the list of widgets appearing right now:-

There is only the small app (if you tap on the 3rd button - recent apps manager).

Nope..

I am not asking about the small apps; referring to the resizable widget which used to show up for the notes that I used to write to remind myself for stuff and etc.

Nope,I think that is not available anymore as you can move the small app around like a widget. Try google keep instead.
