Cannot download apps from Google Play (Error 501)

Hi Good Day!

I am having a hard time downloading apps from google play, I am receiving (Error 501) cannot download anything. I just bought my Experia two months ago. Any help will be much appreciated.

Try this

settings > apps > all > play store > clear everything > restart the phone and check again 

Don't forget to give Kudos (Click on the half star + )
