cannot change ringtones

cant open the folder 'phone ring tone'...it says ,unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped. wats this ?how to fix it?

Usually,defaults are set that is why no option occurs to change a ringtone.

i checked my device it says no defaults set......

launch by defaults say ....no defaults set

In this case,try a factory settings reset.
